How do I become a consultant on InCaseOf?
Submit your application through our platform. After review and approval, you can set your availability, rates, and service areas.
How much commission does InCaseOf retain from consultants?
InCaseOf retains a 15% commission from each completed consultation. This covers platform maintenance, secure payment handling, and client acquisition.
How and when do I get paid?
Payments are made via bank transfer at the end of each month for all consultations completed during that month.
What if a client doesn’t show up?
If the client fails to attend without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered completed, and you will still be paid in full.
Can I set my own rates and schedule?
Yes, you are free to set your hourly rate and define your availability on your personal dashboard.
Am I responsible for handling taxes?
Yes, consultants are fully responsible for complying with all tax and legal obligations in their own country.
What behavior is expected from consultants?
Consultants must maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive attitude at all times, in compliance with our Code of Conduct.
Can I refuse a session request?
You can manage your availability and profile visibility to ensure you only receive booking requests that fit your expertise and schedule. If you do not wish to activate the booked slot, you must send a message to the customer within 24 hours before the session, he will cancel the event and be refunded. If you do not send a message and do not turn up, your profile will be blocked pending review.
Can I leave the platform whenever I want?
