Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
What happens if the consultant doesn’t show up?
You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. The consultant will be put on hold pending verification of what happened.
What if I don’t show up?
If you miss your session without notifying the consultant at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes. InCaseOf complies with GDPR regulations and uses encrypted systems to protect all personal and payment information.
Who owns the ideas discussed during a session?
Unless otherwise agreed, all concepts and ideas discussed remain the intellectual property of the client.
